I don't understand the mechanics of website optimization, and I have no interest in taking the time to learn about it.  I'd rather put my time and energy into growing my speaking business.  I have worked with Mainstreethost for nearly four years, and although I get approached frequently by other companies that often claim they will do more for less, I stay with Mainstreethost for two reasons.  First, because of the way they have optimized my site, I come up on the first page of Google in keyword searches that are critical to my business.  

The second and primary reason I stay with this company is because of Jeff Leonard, my customer service representative.  Whenever I call, I speak to Jeff - not someone in India or China.  Jeff has taken a personal interest in helping me reach my goals.  His patience has been admirable as he has walked me through several processes including the development of a business Facebook page and the launch of a new website.  

I believe there are a lot of companies that could do the technical work and get similar results for me, but I stay with Mainstreethost because of Jeff.  I think it is truly unusual in this high tech environment to develop a long-term, one-on-one business relationship with a real live person who cares about your success.
